All items are subject to return and exchange except for Sprinklers, Pressure Gauges, Thermometers and Electronics; unless found with a manufacturing defect.

To return and exchange goods, original invoice is required.

Returns and exchange will only be accepted if products are in their original condition with original packaging.

Immediate defective items replacement:

The Fawaz Fatih Kayali Company will replace devices with a manufacturing defect with a similar item within seven(7) days of purchase date based on following Conditions:

• Device must be free from scratches or signs of misuse.
• Original packaging along with the box and accessories must be returned.
• A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.
